This Request For Proposal (RFP) is issued to solicit proposals from vendors who provide the State Court Administrator's Office with Electronic Legal Research via the Internet to the Judicial Branch, Judges and law clerks.
The groups using these services are the trial court judges of general and limited jurisdiction courts and their law clerks in Iowa. The State Court Administrator desires a flat rate for the services provided. The State Court Administrator
prefers a single vendor to provide the legal research services, training and technical services.
