Delivery Request for Proposal
The purpose of this Request for Proposal is to solicit proposals from qualified firms and organizations to
provide delivery of library materials for public, school, academic, special and institutional libraries that are
members of the four Regional Library Cooperatives, hereafter referred to as "RLCs," in the New Jersey
Library Network serving every County in the State. Bidders must meet the requirements as described
within these specifications.
