Bond Counsel Services
The work to be performed by the successful proposer shall be on an as needed basis or at the reasonable request of the Authority and shall include but not be limited to the following:
1. Compliance matters related to outstanding obligations under the New Jersey Environmental Infrastructure Trust (NJEIT) Fund Loan Program, Capital Appreciation Bonds (CABs) and other borrowing issuances.
2. Maintain contact with the Authoritys Executive Director, Treasurer, General Counsel and Financial Advisor concerning matters related to the items listed above (Item 1).
3. Such other services requested by the Authority.
For budgetary purposes, assume 30 hours for these services. The fees/rates for these services shall be outlined in a rate schedule as noted in Section IV.
