travel management services
The Department is soliciting formal bids from qualified and accredited travel agencies for the exclusive right to provide onsite consolidated travel management services. The services to be provided include, but are not limited to, arranging commercial and charter flights, lodging, rental cars, and ground transportation for college athletic teams and individual travelers as requested by Department staff. The agent will also be responsible for providing reports, suggesting cost saving measures and attending meetings as requested by the Department Staff regarding travel.
