The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Animal Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS), has a requirement for a service agreement for a base year and four 12 month options on 1 BD FACSymphony A5 system Serial Number N3492775352.

The service agreement should include
Monday through Friday coverage of service to the BD Symphony A5 and one BD FACStation for labor, travel expenses and parts (excluding consumable items and lasers) for the following:
Two Preventative Maintenance Inspections to be performed during a twelve month period
Two PM Kits provided with Software Revisions that are released during the contract term
Unlimited service visits during the contract term
48 hour guaranteed response for an emergency on-site service
Unlimited telephone support for instruments, reagents and applications
