The City, hereby solicits proposals for a janitorial service provider for the purpose of cleaning services for various buildings and facilities. The services will cover offices, reception areas, rest rooms, break rooms, kitchens, rental lounges, auditorium, etc. No shops or warehouse areas will be included except for the rubber matting areas in the front of service counters, any offices, restrooms or break rooms.
