Arun District Council (ADC) is tendering for the reactive repairs and maintenance to approximately 20 Corporate buildings, approximately 3 400 dwellings and 900 garages owned or leased by the Council within the Arun District area. The contract will cover the following areas of work:
General repairs and maintenance including out of hours emergency service and void property works.
Planned electrical maintenance programme.
Disabled adaptation works using the NHF Schedule of Rates Version 6.
The Council intends to contract with one Service Provider.
