provide and install a fire sprinkler system
The Department of Central Management Services is seeking a vendor to provide and install a fire sprinkler system at the former General Store located at the Lincoln Developmental Center, 861 South State Street, Lincoln.
Vendors must be licensed by the State Fire Marshal and comply with all applicable regulations and laws, including:
All local building codes for City of Lincoln. Logan County and Municipality;
BOCA National Building Code 1996 (Verify date with City)
Illinois Accessibility Code; IAC 1997
Illinois Plumbing Code 2005
NFPA 1010 2000
NFPA 13 Fire Protection Systems Latest edition
NEC Code Latest edition as adopted by local jurisdiction
There will be a mandatory vendor site inspection on Tuesday, May 25 at 11:00am at the facility. A sign-in sheet will be circulated and each company representative must sign in to verify his or her attendance. Late arrivals and early departures are not permitted. Each representative may only appear on behalf of one potential bidder.
All work must be completed by June 30. 2010.
