Youth Development Project
The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit proposals that will enable the State to select the most qualified applicant to provide evidence-based substance abuse prevention programming for youth (ages 5-18) that includes out-of-school youth development and opportunities for character development, youth development, and leadership.
