1. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.603, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and proposals are being requested.

2. This combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items is issued utilizing simplified procedures set forth at FAR Subpart 13.5, Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items.

3. This combined synopsis/solicitation is issued Subject to Availability of Funds.

4. The purpose of this solicitation is to procure Fiscal Year 2020 Yellow Ribbon Event: Lodging, Meeting Space and Parking in support of the United States Army Reserve Command (USARC). The events are to be located in the Baltimore, MD area.

5. The Government intends to award a single, firm-fixed-price (FFP) contract. The period of performance for this effort shall be one base event and two option events from date of contract award.
