This pre-solicitation notice is for Lodging (standard rooms - non-smoking), Meals, Conference Space and Visual Equipment within 15 miles of Salt Lake City, UT. The pending solicitation number will be W15QKN-14-T-1173. This is not a solicitation for Event Planning Services. For a proposal submitted by an offeror that is not a hotel, the offeror must describe in its proposal the technical approach for the offeror's services as a prime contractor and submit a complete technical proposal for evaluation purposes. Again, this is not a solicitation for Event Planning Services. The pending award will be a Fixed Price Contract with a period of performance of 05 June 2014-9 June 2014. This acquisition is TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS. The primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 721110, size standard of $30.0 Million. Prospective Contractors must be registered on Central Contractor Register (CCR) and Online Representations & Certifications Application (ORCA). The solicitation will be posted on or around 13 May 2014 via Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) Acquisition to Business Website located at https://acquisition.army.mil.
