Response Date is 25 July 2014 at 1:00PM. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract for the soliers and families of various USAR units within the 99th Regional Command to be held in Philadelphia, PA. This Event Package is for sleeping rooms and conference space and audio/visual. The hotel location shall be within a 25-mile radius of Philadelphia International Airport. The period of performance is 07 August 2014 - 10 August 2014. This requirement will be unrestricted. This synopsis is provided for informational purposes and is not considered a request for quote. The solicitation will be posted on or about 15 July 2014. The required response date will be stated in the solicitation. It is the responsibility of the offeror to review the web page for notice of amendments,updates, or changes to the solicitation. Please be advised that hard copies of the solicitation will not be made available; you must download solicitation documents from the FBO. All potential sources must obtain a DUNS number, a CAGE code, and register in the System for Award Management (SAM)
