The City is soliciting proposals from qualified and experienced firms to provide training and subsequent citification to its Graduates evidencing their successful completion in the skills set required under the Building Performance Institute (BPI). Respondent to this solicitation must provide a description of the curriculum offered for each course in sufficient detail that identifies its length, location of training facility, class size, resulting Certification and cost per student. This proposal and subsequent award is made under the U.S. Department of Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant (EECBG) Better Buildings Neighborhood Program funded through the American recovery & Reinvestment Act of 2009.
