The Housing Authority of the Township of Woodbridge, NJ (herein after referred to as WHA) will accept proposals from qualified firms for Professional A & E Services for the period commencing June 6, 2009 and terminating June 5, 2010. It is the WHAs desire to retain a duly qualified architect/engineer to supply engineering and architectural services on an as needed basis. Proposals will be ranked using a competitive proposal evaluation factor system with corresponding relative weights.
