Wellness Center Fitness Equipment
The University of Central Oklahoma is seeking a qualified vendor to provide fitness equipment for the UCO Wellness Center. Vendor shall be responsible for proposing and providing competitive pricing, delivery, installation, training, maintenance and warranty.
Vendors may bid on all equipment or only specific items. Vendors shall be required to propose a trade-in credit for the existing Wellness Center equipment, for which credit will be applied toward the new equipment. The vendor shall remove the existing equipment at their own hand and own expense.
For any comparable alternative equipment proposed, detailed manufacturer specifications must be included with the vendor's proposal or the alternate equipment shall not be considered and shall be removed from the evaluation process.
