Weed/Pest Control Maintenance for SJC Athletic Fields

The Contractor shall be responsible for providing any and all necessary labor, materials and equipment to apply herbicides and insecticides every thirty (30) calendar days and Chipco Choice once every calendar year to twenty one (21) athletic fields throughout St. Johns County. The Contractor shall be responsible for utilizing the specified equipment to perform the services as described in the Specifications, and for complying with any and all local, state and federal regulations, laws, ordinances, or codes regarding the use and application of insecticides and herbicides.
