The Association is accepting proposals to enhance, provide ongoing technical support and facilitate the hosting of the Associations web site. No platform specified. The purpose of this RFP is to provide a fair evaluation for all candidates. The existing web site (http://www.ombudsassociation.org) was originally designed and produced in 2001 and modified in 2008. The site is currently maintained by an outside service provider.
The IOA seeks to provide IOA membership and the general public with easy and timely access to information related to the practice of Organizational Ombudsmen. The IOA seeks to enhance their website to better serve the IOA membership. Upon completion of an enhanced website, the IOA will assume responsibility for content maintenance and administration. All content, coding and graphics will become the sole property of the IOA.
