Our organization is looking to improve the functionality and design of our website. We are a relatively small non-for-profit and rely heavily on some of the administrative automation that our website provides. We feel there is a great deal more of these processes that could be handled by a more efficiently functioning website. We're interested in finding out more about your company and how we might be able to work together to make this vision possible.
There are four key areas that we want to focus on:
1) Improve the existing features, specifically in respect to the sign-up/registration process for both paid and free events with varying price points;
2) Implementation of an new online registration/payment process that allows current referees to register annually after certifying that the annual concussion training has been completed;
3) Design of the site;
4) Tying in third-party or creating online training modules and certifications (i.e. Grade 9 referee course; mandatory concussion training).
