Web Site Redesign for DC Non-Profit
The Association is accepting proposals to design and develop an integrated online content management system (CMS) that will serve the Association for at least the next 3-5 years. This will be a concept-to-completion production with continued technical support. The purpose of this RFP is to provide companies with a description of our organization and core needs for this project. The existing AFSA website, originally designed and produced in 1999 with slight modifications made since, has minimal CMS functionality. Most content updates are managed by two staff members; architectural updates can only be made by the current design company. Only proposals that ensure a new site can be launched on or before November 1, 2010 will be considered; this includes sufficient time for testing, training and appropriate usability assessment.
