The project consists of the upgrade of the existing Water Treatment Plant including site work, building renovations, two (2) new clarification/filtration water treatment units, three (3) low lift, three (3) high lift and two (2) backwash pump replacements, new sludge lagoon No. 3, rebuild of sludge lagoon No. 1 and No. 2, new Plant PLC/SCADA system, heating/ventilation and electrical upgrades, and miscellaneous appurtenances.
