Water Supply Initiative
The STATE is seeking a contractor to 1) establish, coordinate, and facilitate a Basin Advisory Council, and 2) conduct water resources issues scoping, and prepare a scoping report for the Upper Missouri River Basin. The work identified in this RFP includes completing Phase 1, BAC Establishment and Issues Scoping Report, as well as ongoing coordination support for the Upper Missouri BAC for Phases 2 and 3 of the Montana Water Supply Initiative (MWSI) (Table 1).
