Work consists of improvements to the secondary system including the installation of a fine bubble aeration system, replacement of two of the existing aeration blowers, installation of anaerobic and anoxic selector zones with hydraulic mixing and baffle walls, installation of
a internal recycle pump with vfd, replacement of mud valves, installation of influent channel hydraulic mixing, installation of an odor control system and improvements to the electrical system.
