Water Production Facility (WPF) & Well Interconnect

Construct the Water Production Facility including installation of a well pump in an existing well; construction of a prestressed concrete ground storage reservoir with appurtenances; construction of four vertical turbine, can-installed, high service pumps; construction of a sodium hypochlorite feed facility; construction of a CMU motor control center building; installation of an emergency generator with fuel tanks; installation of a chain-link fence with gates; related piping; electrical, and site work to provide a complete and operable water production facility. The Work also includes installation of approximately 2,800 feet of fiber-optic cable between the Water Production Facility and the Well; electrical and piping modifications at the Well; select demolition at the Well site; obtaining of required permits; payment of applicable fees; and other work as required to provide a complete and operable installation.
Construct, disinfect, and test approximately 1,300 feet of 8-inch PVC, ductile iron, and fusible PVC raw water main and 2-inch PVC fiber optic conduit with pull boxes between the Well site and the Water Production Facility; approximately 2,700 feet of 16-inch and 14-inch PVC, ductile iron, and fusible PVC potable water main from the Drive on the Road through easements and rights-of-way ; all valves, fittings and system interconnections as shown in the contract documents; approximately 390 feet of farm fence with a gate; surface restoration; obtaining of required permits; payment of applicable fees; and other work as required to provide a complete and operable installation.
