Water Pollution Control Plant Biosolids Management
The Program involves the transportation, storage, and land application, or other acceptable alternative management process, of anaerobically digested and centrifuge dewatered biosolids produced at the Water Pollution Control Plant (WPCP). The Owner will consider proposals that do not require the hauling of the material from the site and do not require land application.
