Water Plant Lime Sludge Removal

The work under this contract covers the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipments, portable electric generation, tools, transportation, supervision, permits, lime-sludge specific permits and all other rights and incidentals necessary for the removal, transportation and disposal of the thickened lime sludge at an existing permitted receiving facility in compliance with all applicable Federal, State and local law, regulation and license requirements.
