Water Main Project

The City seeks sealed bids for the River Water Main Project. The project is to install two parallel 20-inch water mains under the River. Work includes horizontal direction drilling (HDD) for installation of two 1,100 foot sections of fusible PVC pipe under the river. Work also includes open cut installation of fusible PVC pipe, ductile iron pipe, valves and fittings.
