Water & Sewer Off-Sites
This project includes upgrades to the existing Water Service Yard (including, but not limited to: New 10”-diam. domestic well with 20hp submersible pump, Refurbishment of two existing wells with new 7.5hp pumps, new approx. 256 sf pump house, control panels and telemetry, upgrades to existing pump house, demo of existing water standpipe, new 50kW diesel backup generator, new Chlorination Assembly, miscellaneous yard piping, valves, and fittings), Water Service upgrades.
