Warehouse District RFQ
The City of Dubuque, Iowa is soliciting qualifications from consulting firms to provide master planning services for the Dubuque Warehouse District. The City adopted a strategy for the Warehouse District in August 2007. TheCity now desires to create a comprehensive Warehouse Master Plan that specifies the detailed action steps and resources that are needed to develop this strategy. We expect the master planning process will involve assessing the strategy for successful implementation, assessing the strategy against market conditions and opportunities, and then creating a warehouse master plan that uses the Warehouse Strategy as its foundation.
