The Wake County Public School system requests all interested parties to submit to a proposal describing the vendor's ability to provide parent counseling and education services to families of children ages birth through kindergarten. These services will be for families who need education and support in meeting the needs of children with challenging behaviors. The priority of service delivery will be to economically disadvantaged families; however, services will not be limited to this population.
