WRITERS, EDITORS, ILLUSTRATORS for WorkSafe BC
WorkSafeBC has immediate and ongoing requirements for the services of professional and experienced individuals and/or companies to fulfill either project based, short and long term contracts for various departments throughout WorkSafeBC, due to high volume workloads and the need to complete projects in a timely manner, for the following positions:
.1 Writers Business and Communications topics
.2 Editors Business and Communications topics
.3 Writers Technical topics
.4 Editors Technical topics
.5 Graphic Designers
.6 Illustrators Creative
.7 Illustrators Technical
.8 Project Coordinators
.9 Researchers
This RFP may result in the award of numerous contracts to various communications specialists, to form a bank of pre-approved consultants for all positions, which are available to all WorkSafeBC departments, to request the services on an as, if and when required basis. The initial contract term may be a three (3) year contract, with the option to renew for up to four (4) additional years, on a year by year basis, at the sole discretion of WorkSafeBC.
WorkSafeBC reserves the right, after the initial three year term of the contract, to conclude the process for all or a portion of the positions indicated above. WorkSafeBC further reserves the right to re-tender for all or a portion of the required positions.
This RFP document is prepared in itemized sections that are specific to the unique needs for these positions. We anticipate that most proponents will respond to one or possibly two of the positions. Throughout this document each position will utilize the same number and position title as on the list above. If you are submitting a proposal for more than one position, please ensure you complete the appropriate price schedule and cover sheet for each position, attaching all required documents which are listed for each specific position. Failure to do so may result in your RFP response to be deemed non-compliant.
