WASTEWATER PUMP STATION UPGRADE
The Bureau of Environmental Services is seeking proposals from individuals, firms, teams or consultants with demonstrated experience in the design of public wastewater pumping facilities to provide, but not limited to the following services: Conduct a comprehensive review of the previously completed Predesign Report and make any appropriate recommendations for modifications. Identify any additional easement needs associated with the project. Identify and help with all permitting requirements for construction of the project. Assist the assigned BES staff with the public outreach efforts. Perform any additional geotechnical evaluations needed. Provide Final Design services, with progress submittals of plans and technical specifications for BES review at 60%, 90%, and final design completion. The final design work will include, but not limited to the following: Preparation of general drawings including vicinity maps, abbreviations and a legend. Development of a design data summary table. Development of selective demolition plans. Development of erosion and sediment control plans. Development of site plans. Development of yard piping plans and design of structural modifications and mechanical design for combined sewage pumps.
