The University at Albany Foundation will receive sealed Proposals for the purchase and installation of Video Display, Scoring System and Sound System for the new multi-sport stadium located at the University at Albany (NY) until 2:00 pm EDT on Wednesday, September 5, 2012 when they will be opened. Please follow the proposal submission instructions contained within the RFP.
A pre-bid meeting and project walk-thru will be held with all prospective bidders on Tuesday, August 28, 2012 at 11:00 am EDT. Prospective bidders shall meet at the University at Albany in the lobby of the SEFCU Arena. Directions and maps are available at http://www.albany.edu/pmts/maps.shtml.
