The City is soliciting design service proposals for the development of Veterans Memorial Park‐Phase II. Phase I of the project was completed 2011 and consists of a flagpole courtyard and accompanying seating area. Phase II is intended to carry on where Phase I left off and will include a unique and integrated Veteran’s monument/memorial/tribute/experience to honor those who have served in the armed forces as well as convert areas previously constructed in Phase I into a gateway plaza serving as the grand entrance to those areas included in the Phase II (See Exhibit C).
