Provide all labor, equipment, materials and services required to fabricate and install concrete barriers and bollards as well as purchasing and installing a designated barrier gate and associated equipment for a vehicle access control system. All barriers and bollards will be attached to a concrete slab and concrete barriers may require architectural treatments. Contractor shall perform work related to the relocation of a transformer, including coordination with PG&E. There is some marine work as well.
