The University is seeking proposals from qualified law firms interested in assisting the University, on an as needed basis, with issues related to: 1) Retirement plans - design, operational and regulatory compliance (primary focus is on Non-ERISA supplemental governmental retirement plans and deferred compensation); 2.) Domestic and international tax law and business compliance; and 3.) Self-funded health insurance/student health insurance plans. The selected firm(s) will need to have expertise and experience working with public higher education clients.
