Operations is requesting bids for Large Diameter Valve Assessment, Maintenance and Exercising within the City. The CONTRACTOR shall assess and exercise selected large diameter valves within the City’s potable water distribution system following the recommendations in American Water Works Association (AWWA) Manual M44, the valve manufacturers recommended procedures and in full accordance with specifications listed below
