Vacant Lots Development
The City is offering the purchase and acquisition of Cityâowned vacant parcels by interested firm(s) or individual(s) based on the City staff determined highest and best use of parcels. Given the unique situation of several contiguous properties, the City would prefer housing development on these properties. However, interested firms and individuals may submit a proposal to purchase agreement without plans for development.
