Utilities Department Operational Efficiency and Cost Savings Audit
The City is seeking proposals from experienced and qualified firms to conduct an operational efficiency and cost savings audit of its Utilities Department. The audit shall be an objective examination of the Utilities Department to evaluate whether the department is managing and/or utilizing resources in a responsive, economical and efficient manner. The audit shall be conducted in accordance with the field work and reporting standards as detailed in the Generally Accepted Government Auditing Standards for performance audits.
