Unprocessed Commingled Recycled Materials
Contractor must meet the following objectives:
1. Optimize revenue for the City by capitalizing on market conditions and payment arrangement with the Contractor;
2. Contractor will develop or have available to it a detailed weighing, tracking, reporting and invoicing system so that tracking and reporting on weight of the Recycling Commodity and payments to the City is done so in a streamlined fashion.
