This pre-solicitation notice is for Lodging in/near Southport, NC. The pending solicitation number will be W15QKN14T1414. This is NOT a solicitation for Event Planning Services. For a proposal submitted by an offeror that is not a hotel, the offeror must describe in its proposal the technical approach for the offeror's services as a prime contractor and submit a complete technical proposal for evaluation purposes. (Again, this is not a solicitation for Event Planning Services. An offer which requires the Government to execute a separate agreement with a third party hotel shall be deemed technically unacceptable). The pending award will be a Fixed Price Contract with a period of performance of 2 August 2014 through 25 August 2014. This acquisition is TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS. The primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 721110, size standard of $30.0 Million. Prospective Contractors must be registered on Central Contractor Register (CCR) and Online Representations & Certifications Application (ORCA). The solicitation will be posted on or around 14 July 2014 via Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) Acquisition to Business Website located at https://acquisition.army.mil. The due date will be stated in the solicitation. The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-45.
