An Indian Tribe is requesting proposal statements from qualified registered professional A&E firms to:

I. Repair flood damage to casino building, including kitchen and restaurant facility, and all public and private areas of the building

II. Rebuild a fuel plaza and racetrack in an alternate location.


Project responsibilities shall include, but are not limited to the following:

>> Remodel of Interior: remodel will consist of a design that is both functional and aesthetically tailored to enhance the casino guest's playing experience.

>> Repair flood damage to casino building and to demolish and rebuild the fuel plaza and racetrack.
