Tuckpointing
There will be a mandatory pre-bid meeting at 2:00 PM (central Time) Monday, April 12.
The scope of work consists of 100% pointing of north facade,
approx. 7800 sf, partial pointing of east, south, and west facade, approx 1200 sf,
partial replace and rebuild of existing parapet, approx 500 sf, add approx 150 lf of
new control joint, and seal, caulk and add new flashing at existing stone coping.
Work also includes reworking underslab membrane between existing east wall
and below grade building area at east. Alternates are included for partial
replacement of brick rowlocks at windows, removing and replacing sealant at
windows, and adding metal cap at existing parapet.
