The Division of Travel and Tourism Development desires to influence travel related experiences through the states culture, heritage and artisan products. To better market and provide these products and experiences to the traveler it is necessary to understand and identify the market region, capacity and competition, as well as the travel and purchasing demands and habits of the regions consumers.
Purpose of Contract: The division is seeking a contractor to identify the culture and heritage travel market and the artisan product market region that Kansas inhabits. The contractor should acquire and evaluate data related to the regional artisan products market and regional cultural and heritage travel markets. The contractor will provide a detailed written report of all data collected and evaluated and a strategic plan for developing and marketing these markets.
