Translation/Interpretation Services for Foreign Languages and Sign Language for American English
The purpose of this RFP is to solicit proposals to engage statewide contractor(s) to:
1) provide in-person foreign language interpretation for persons with limited English proficiency that are clients of the State of New Jersey;
2) provide telephonic foreign language interpretation for persons with limited English proficiency that are clients of the State of New Jersey;
3) provide written foreign language translation including translation authentication for persons with limited English proficiency that are clients of the State of New Jersey; and
4) provide in-person sign language interpretation services for people who are deaf or hard of hearing that are clients of the State of New Jersey. These sign language services are based on the English language of the United States and do not include sign language for foreign languages.
