Transcription of Court Audio and Video Recordings
The Court requests proposals from persons or business wishing to produce verbatim transcripts of court proceedings from audio or video recordings. The recordings are made on a variety of media including analog video (VHS format), analog audio tape (four track cassette), digital audio/video and digital audio (CD, DVD or computer file).
