Traffic School Monitoring
The Superior Court of California, County of Sonoma, hereinafter ACourt@, desires to solicit
qualified proposals for the purchase of Traffic School Monitoring System services in support of
adult and juvenile traffic matters, pursuant to the provisions of Section 11205(l) of the California
Vehicle Code. The Court will be assessing twelve dollars ($12.00) on every adult traffic
citation, pursuant to Vehicle Code section 11205(m). This Request for Proposal (RFP) is
expected to result in a contract with firm fixed pricing for services as defined by the contract.
The contract term shall be for two (2) years, December 1, 2008 through November 30, 2010,
with two (2) additional two (2) year renewal options.
