Traffic Counting Service
This solicitation is an Invitation for Bid (IFB) for a vendor to provide statewide traffic counting for Manual Vehicle Classification data collection. This solicitation is not for short term pneumatic tube traffic counting. The service shall include obtaining 24 hour, midnight to midnight, count by vehicle type per hour, by lane direction or leg at urban and rural counting locations and at the international border crossing bridges.
