Trademark Licensing Services
The intent and purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to establish a term
contract for an initial term of three (3) years with two (2) optional, one (1) year renewal
terms with a qualified source that can provide trademark licensing services to include
brand marketing and development, brand protection and enforcement, and brand
administration and management for Virginia Commonwealth University (hereafter
refered to as VCU, the lead issuing institution), an agency of the Commonwealth of
Virginia.
