Trademark Licensing Program
The Unviersity invites sealed proposals from qualified firms to assist the University with its existing program using third-party licensees (“licensees”) to commercialize, license, and/or sell various products which bear or otherwise incorporate the University’s Properties and/or Trademarks (“Trademarks”). The selected contractor shall promote and protect the University’s Trademarks, administer the University’s Trademark Licensing Program, and collect royalties from licensees.
