Towing Services
The City of Rochester, New York, desires to obtain the services of towing companies to furnish services for the towing of illegally parked, damaged, disabled, recovered stolen or abandoned civilian vehicles as well as City owned or leased vehicles operated by the Rochester Police Department. The City intends to enter into three year agreements, with a one year renewal option, with four Towing Agencies who will be required to provide towing services on a rotational basis. Proposals must describe how the Towing Agency will comply with all the requirements of this RFP and specifically how it will comply with the requirements of the attached Agreement for Towing Services, attached hereto and made part of this RFP, which will be entered into by all Towing Agencies which are chosen pursuant to this RFP process.
